Account Review Under Section 3 - Missing Authorization Letter & Appeal Response Time During Q4

Amazon has placed my account under review under Section 3. They have asked documentation for two ASINs. For one of the ASINs, I purchased the product directly from the brand using my business card. I have all the supply chain documents except for the authorization letter. For the other ASIN, I have all the documentation as it is a Wholesale item. I am concerned about the ASIN that lacks the authorization letter, as the product is authentic. I have provided Amazon with all the order details, payment statements, and shipment details.
Additionally, I would like to inquire about the typical response time for appeal submissions during the 4th quarter. It has been a week since I submitted my first appeal. Please provide any suggestions you may have regarding these two matters.

@cedrickhoward invoice are not in pdf form as it normally happens in OA sourcing, it's more like order confirmation email that we receive as a customer from the brand email
 
@cedrickhoward so i just provided the email we receive after payment along with the website screenshot of the brand for order confirmation, where it was showing my order details with my company information

@cay21 yes they don’t. Just be patient. You should receive your response any day now. In case you get a rejection, contact them and ask why your submission was rejected
