Alternative Address Verification Methods for Amazon UK When Utility Bill is Not Available?

Amazon UK is asking for Utility Bill for address verification of my VA. He doesn't have one. I uploaded his CNIC previously for address, it was not accepted. Is there any other way of getting this verification done? kindly advise who have been through this.

For child access uk , amazon ask to upload utility bill
But you can upload bank statement (hbl,ubl etc)
It will work for sure
