Amazon Account Deactivation Due to Counterfeit Item – Provided Documents Not Accepted, What’s Next?

Amazon deactivated my account because of a counterfeit item sold on Amazon. Amazon demanded these documents which have been provided. despite that Amazon didn't accept it and mentioned your given information was not enough to complete the review. what should I do now?

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Dealing with account deactivation can be frustrating. In cases like these, it might be helpful to make a POA (Plan Of Action) and telling about the Root cause, Prevent & Measure and lastly telling about Future plan to Amazon Seller Performance Team in your POA.
 
Had a similar issue for over 4 months, Amazon support couldn't help me after several appeal. Fortunately my co-worker referred me to DEEXTECHX on Instagram an Amazon expert who got my account recovered within 4 working days.
