Amazon category ungating issue despite brand approval – need help and suggestions

I have a brand approval of an authentic brand and they have send me brand authorization letter+ invoice and transpiracy serial number but still amazon is not ungating ma category i have asked the brand they themselves have send me video of ungating the category and i have opened case with Amazone but still Amazon has declined my requests and have closed the case what shoul i do now ???
I have inventory of 10k $ in prep center and when i call Amazon support team they foward the issue to internal team but that team reject the call instead of listening to my issue the send me an email that you are not eligible .kindly give me sincere suggestions.

Sure basically in this case it seems to be your product is gated and your brand is not ungated it
But first show the ss of mail you received from amazon

Try to ungate on CA side and if approved you can open case on .com based on your approval, that may help

It is highly likely that you have new account and this type of brand requires some history of selling before you get an approval from amazon to sell in it
