If we use other content in our listing and someone claim then or amazon notice then amazon suppress our listing. If we really use other content then we should change our listing content then amazon reinstate our listing but if the account is suspended so there is no chance of reinstate after changing the listing.
In this terms Brand complain to amazon that this seller is using my content (if we use) then amazon suppress our listing but there are some way we can reinstate.
ยท You should take letter of authorization from brand then give it to amazon then amazon reinstate your account. Some we purchase product from distributor and we donโt have letter of authorization then Brand claim so thatโs why we need of Letter of Authorization.
ยท You can request to Brand that take it back your complaint then amazon reinstate your account.
In this term if buyer didnโt receive his order in good condition then he complaint to amazon and amazon demand for invoices from you, then if you have authentic invoice you give it to amazon but you can solve this problems without invoice you can easily request to buyer for not claim to amazon and also refund his amount so there will not be policy complaints issues.
Amazon gated some categories and seller donโt sell those categories without certification if you sell those product then you need to submit those certification to amazon then amazon will not suspend your account.
