Please guide, my amazon seller account is deactivated due to counterfeit product which I bought from a ebay seller, amazon is not accepting ebay invoice. what I should do in this case, please also guide if I remove this account and create new account on details of my LTD company , what will happen , is it ok or there is some issue?

no you can't open new account on same details. rather you should buy atleast 10 units for invoice acceptance ig you need to remove inventory or any prep services let me know for inventory removal
