I spent almost a full week staying up all night to chat with the chinese manufacturers before I found the right one.
When you have found everything, do not go for the shipping price the manufacturer gives you, try to look for other shipping companies that actually can get your products from the manufacturer for free, label the products and inspect them for a small fee. This will help you keep the price down.
