I received an email from Amazon that we are unable to verify your documents

I have signed up for Amazon Seller Central yesterday. At the end after successful video verification i received an email from Amazon that we are unable to verify your documents. It hasn't mentioned any specific reason as well.
While i have attached my NIC and NayaPay statement.
Now, wht should i do?
Guide please.
 
Make sure that you have attached all of the required documents.
Contact Amazon Seller Central support for assistance
 
Ask for help from Seller Central and appeal them. That I have legitimate original documents. Please restart KYC verification. They will start again and verify you. Its common practice Amazon do this. But make sure documents are not fabricated
