I Have registered my Amazon seller central USA Market from Bahrain .
1 . Me too or PL ? which one is Better to start with ?
2 . Ali Baba is the only option to buy products?
3 . is there any options from Pakistan specially in karachi we can buy products and ship to amazon warehouse.
I would like to connect by zoom if any wholesaler available .

To be very sincerely, stay away from Amazon USA market go with uk uae ksa German or Netherland markets. Max of messages been sent to you who dont have even work or launch any brand.

2. As a platform there is no better than ali baba. For other countries you physically involve with manufacturer.
3. There are a lot of hurdles from Pakistan. Custom, very less products choices. Supplier increase prices once they see you are getting profits.

Ans to question 1 is: Wholesale or Private Label it all depends upon your interest and budget you have. But the only 'aramgah' is private label.
Question 2: no Alibaba is not the only option. You have Ali express, SaleHoo, DHgate, and Made in China from where you could buy things.
Question 3: Yes you can buy and ship products from Pakistan but if you have researched over it already through different tools. And it fulfils the criteria of Enablers and you have similar products available here then you can go with it.
What do you need on wholesale side, let me assist you.

One point should be noted as if you wanted to do PL then you will go for Chinese supplier.
If you want to do WS then first you would get brand approval from the brand one is selling already. When the brand gives you permission to sell then you buy inventory from that brand if it is a locally brand functioning in that specific country or Chinese etc, and sell as a mee too listing or wholesalers.

if you want to do wholesale, go for big brands and get their approvals. if you want to work with distributors, then you are one step away from account deactivation.

Reasons...
In wholesale the profit margins are really saturated.
You have to take approvals from big brands which is quite tough these days because brands only allows for big investments.
Still you will face buy box rotation pressure.
While if you go with PL slowly and gradually you will create your own asset.
ALibaba is not the only source, there are other options too.
Yes you can ship products from pakistan.
