Seeking Advice: Starting Dropshipping with eBay and Shopify from Pakistan, Handling Payments and Fulfillment

Neend you precious advice and counsel
There is this seller on ebay who is willing to be my drop shipper. How do I start dropping and on which platform?
Shopify for instance is popular choice for dropping business models but as I am from Pakistan, I don't know how this will work in my case as my customer base is located in US.
If I want to go with Shopify what will be the requirements for me to fullfil to make a Shopify store and how payment method will work in particular as I will be located in Pakistan though my drop shipper will be from US and order will be full filled from US as well.
Most of the customers in US prefer to pay by digital wallets specially with PayPal.
Also from ebay to Shopify drop shipping is feasible directly or any other way around?

And also for paypal how can i integrate it with Shopify because PayPal is not available to Pakistanis as i know if any other way around please guide me because i don't have any one in US as in relatives or friends who can help me with his data or something.
