Setting Up a UK Ltd Company with Amazon & eBay: Director Details and Address Questions

Someone i know living in UK, and he have Amazon & ebay,
Now i want to create UK Ltd and want to create Amazon,ebay and other, i am going to set him Director, comapny will be on my and his name,
Can i Create Amazon & ebay using these details having different address,
The purpose to set his name as a director to get a physical bank account their.
Should i use both directors name while creating Amazon?

There are many, providing virtual address for company creation in UK also you can get a bank account on the company details. You don't need someone's address to create an Amazon or ebay account. You can register your company completely on your name with a virtual address.

How do you think that it will be safe to register physical bank account on someone else's name, first of all for all these businesses no physical bank is needed there, only virtual banks are enough
After registering 2 partners named Ltd, it will be enough hard for you to get debit card even on Business Wise account..
I will suggest you don't register Ltd on 2 people name, it will create more mess, these is no chance for you that you can get physical bank account on your details and name (it's 100% confirm)
Register Ltd on your name, and use it on Business Wise.

@detainer there is no issue, to register physical bank using my ltd and having another partner in uk, he ia trusted,
Physical bank need for ebay as many people faces deactivation of ebat accounts because of digital bank accounts.

@pilgrim7 not heard about this, but if u can open physical bank account (means he is resident there u should open physical bank account)

@pilgrim7 If you appoint a UK director you can't get a physical bank. To get physical bank you have to give him 25% or more shareholding
