Starting on Amazon: Need Advice on Account Setup, Dropshipping, and Budget Considerations

I want to take a start on Amazon,
Currently doing ebay.
On Amazon i want to do wholesale but ill start with dropshipping
So can i create an account on Pakistani details? Or uk or usa would be preferred?
And after how many days i can start ds on it if it is based on pakistani details and
Do i need LLC or Ltd for ds on Amazon?
Also my budget is around 700$
Experts guidance would be helpful
