Many people are confused about online arbitrage. Here is brief knowledge about it for beginners.
No.1: What is online arbitrage?
Online arbitrage is a process in which we buy products from any retailers then sell on Amazon.
FOR EXAMPLE: We buy products from retailers(eBay, Walmart, target etc.) in 5$ then sell on amazon in 15$. After cutting prep fee 2$ amazon fee, 2$ referral fee,2$ 2+2+2=6 we will get profit 4$ per product.

No.2: Is online arbitrage same as wholesale?
No, it is not same as wholesale because in wholesale we need brand approval but in OA we can sell product without approval. basically we hunt product which is not restricted from brand, we can say auto approved product.
No.3: LLC is necessary for Online arbitrage?
No its not necessary, because we need LLC for brand approval but in online arbitrage we don't need approval so we can start without LLC.
No.4: Is it same as drop shipping?
No it is not same as drop shipping because in drop shipping we are responsible of our inventory like , packing, picking, shipping but in OA we keep our inventory in amazon warehouse and amazon is responsible for picking, packing and shipping all that.
No.5: How many budget is required for online arbitrage?
We can start online arbitrage with 1000 to 2000$.
No.6: Can we buy products in Bulk?
we cannot buy products in Bulk, because we are not buying from brand, we are buying from any local stores so in starting we buy 15 to 20 units.
No.7: How many Deals we can find in 2k$?
We can find up to 6 to 8 deals in 2k$.
Additional information:
online arbitrage hunting same as wholesale, we hunt product On amazon, then we can do manually sourcing on Google.
No. 8: Is it risky model?
Yes it is risky but less risky than dropshipping model.

I have a question please
After completing whole process, while listing/me too if Amazon require invoices or authorization then what's the way? As retailer cannot provide.
So what's the way to make is secure to sell and to do me too.
Please make it clear
 
@manders you will check 1st. It's gated or Ungated products. If gated then you need brand approval. If Ungated then don't need approval.
Secure way take approval from brand or distributor to sell out there products.

But in OA we're purchasing from retailer then how brand can give us invoices.
And if product is ungated then is it final now we don't need any invoices to show Amazon while doing me too.,?
 
@manders not much purchase from retailers. You can purchase from brand supplier wholesaler distributor.
Brand not give invoice you not purchase from them.
