I started work on Wayfair in April 2022 with 0 knowledge. To be honest there's not enough material and helping videos on YouTube about Wayfair as available for Amazon, and eBay. So, I started to learn Wayfair from Wayfair

Wayfair is a Wholesale Marketplace where Wayfair plays a Middle Man Role from selling to delivering products. Wayfair is no doubt famous for online furniture store also
Who should partner with Wayfair??
According to my experience, if you have already tested products in some Marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify, you are doing private label Amazon, you have your own brand products and you are confident about your product sales & demand in the USA or the UK, then you must go to the Wayfair Market also to sell that product.
Is only Wayfair Sells Furniture Products??
No, definitely not.
The Primary Category of Wayfair is:
Furniture.
Outdoor.
Bedding & Bath.
Rugs.
Décor & Pillows.
Organization.
Lighting.
Kitchen.
The Categories I'm working on are Bedding & Bath, Kitchen, and Window Blinds. To be honest there's a huge sale of bedding in Wayfair. All our bedding is made in Pakistan and we are selling on Amazon Uk, eBay, Uk, Wayfair Uk, and according to our recent experience. Most of our bedding Sales & Revenue are generated from Wayfair.
How much Wayfair Fee?
There is no platform and Selling fee of Wayfair. Wayfair just takes a 3% fee (maybe depend on Category) on your base cost for the replacements and returns management. Wayfair Deals with replacements and refunds. There is no customer service in Wayfair
How much Risks are Involved?
There is no loss in this business if you are shipping orders properly. You don't have to deal with replacements and refund issues unless you have shipped the broken product.
Why Problems You Face on Wayfair?
At the start, Wayfair categorize sellers according to their revenues and business, when you started you will face a lot of issues. You will also face interface issues at the start. When your business matures Wayfair changes the interface to facilitate you and makes things more convenient for you so don't get worried at the start. As the account will get grow, you will get Email accounts of the persons who will directly deal with you and resolve your problem with priority.Your SRM (Supplier Relation Manager) will be very helpful person for you if you stuck anywhere. If things not getting resolved on tickets, email your SRM, he/she will assist you properly.
Which Problems You May Face, Solutions & Recommendations
1) Wayfair may change your product titlesWhy Wayfair Changes the titles? Because it's a Wayfair algorithm to generate automatic titles of the products from the product information you give in CSV while listing. So, if you feel the changed title is not good and you want to provide the title of your own then simply just submit the ticket. It will change within 24-48 hours.(Imp: Wayfair Changed the titles frequently whenever found a new opportunity in any keyword so keep checking your live listings on a daily basis. It's important & recommended)
2) If you have variations of listings, maybe you face some sizes and colour issues that could be wrong or not appearing, it's normal. Please submit the ticket or you could do it by yourself from product update details tab. Keep submitting the tickets on daily basis for any single-issue Wayfair keep guiding you and you will learn things
3) Product listing may take more than a week to get live on-site at the start because Wayfair sets priority and deals with sellers according to their business. When your business matures maybe after 6 months and you're generating a good revenue your products will get live within 24 hours.
4) Technical Errors: It's true you will face many technical issues at the start because no doubt Wayfair still have many technical problems but to be honest, you will get used to it Wayfair changes things to be up-to-date, so you could face issues but deal with them wisely.
5) There is no customer service in Wayfair so your all focus on your product listings and order fulfilment. Prepare orders on time and dispatch them with proper packaging so you could not face the mis-shipment issue
6) There are a lot of small issues you may face e.g., orders downloading failure, orders status not updating, courier pickup delay etc. You have to just keep submitting tickets to resolve the issues.
7) One more very important thing I want to share with you is that when you download the order documents there is a list of all the orders called Manifests. You must telly all the orders you dispatched with the Manifests and must take the sign of the courier which you handed over to the courier on that Manifest. If any order is not in stock mark cross against that order which you haven’t shipped. Keep this signed manifest safe either in a softcopy or hardcopy. Because you might face order delay issues & missing order issues so Wayfair demands the Signed Manifests as a proof.
I still have not run any campaigns; all the sales are organic. I will suggest you at the start don't go for campaigns. Because if you run campaigns at the start your listing will be sponsored and maybe get sales but you have to always keep running campaigns otherwise you will not get orders. So, don't make your listings campaign used too. First, put all the efforts into organic sales and ranks. Literally, it works.
9) Always join all promotional Events. Give 10-15% discount on all the listed products. Promotional Events will give you great traffic for your products and sales. Add this % when you calculate your base cost. Add 30-40% in your cost price. Wayfair % is only 3% and keep margin of 10-15% for promotional events. You will always end up with 15-20% profit.
10) Keep maintaining your shop health and keep checking your listings on a daily basis. Always Follow the Wayfair Images Guidelines While listing. Don't write anything on images. Wayfair always follows Amazon. So, who has the knowledge of Amazon can easily run Wayfair. Wayfair Provides Waymore Content same as the A+ Content of Amazon where you can visually describe your products.
Last but not least if I can do why, you couldn't? Just keep trust in yourself and deal patiently.
