It depends on your budget if your budget is $1k-$5k then you should hire a product hunter.
For $5k-$10k you have to hire a VA.
For $10k+ you have to hire a agency because a individual can't handle big budget accounts so you have to contact with a trustworthy agency which have big portfolio about their work.

better to wait and learn the fundamentals yourself and then do by your own rather then hiring a so called VA who say experience of 2 years 3 years but don't know much as majority is doing the same
