Brother, if you create new account and washout/delete current amazon account then, your account might be suspended again due to link account issue.because it's not obvious that your data is absolutely deleted in amazon database.
Try to convince amazon about your issue by appealing again and again.
That's what you can do.
And, once you used your data either for amazon account or LLC linked with amazon account, you can't use that credentials again to create new account.
