Need Amazon Expert: Help with Hijacked PL Listing and Updating Brand Name

Hello,
I need an Amazon Expert,
I have created a PL listing as a Generic brand, and my listing is hijacked by some sellers I have tried many times to remove them but Amazon doesn't remove them, The Listing was created with a GS1 barcode, anyone help with this problem remove hijackers from my listings, and Also I want to update Generic listing on my registered brand name.
Also, need an expert recommendation for this matter.

The brand name is, Generic

@alexb23 this isn't possible to remove hijackers when listing is generic. We can only win case against hijackers when the listing is on brand name. Now you should make new listings with brand name and remove the last one. Let's get in touch so i can guide you.

@alexb23 you can't remove hijacker mostly if you don't have brand at Amazon.
But you can use brand to already listed generic listing

Only solution is to Open case with Amazon.
Amazon will provide all information and guidelines

First try to change your brand name from generic to your brand name and then open a case with amazon with reference to your GS1 barcode and ask them to remove the hijacker.
It will take time and multiple follow ups but it will be resolved.

Now Amazon has restricted that brand name cannot be changed
