Need Help with Amazon Account Reinstatement: Deactivation Due to Section 3 Violation and No Response

Any Amazon Account Reinstatement Expert here?
Scenario:
My Amazon (USA) account has been deactivated due to the violation of Section 3. Despite appealing and uploading official documents and authentic reciepts (according to my VA), Amazon is still irresponsive, not accepting the documents nor initiating a confirmation call. I have been assured by my VA that we should wait for Q4 to be over, then Amazon will reactivate your account by confirming the documents and will also release the payout.
Is there anyone to help me in this situation, by providing me with the best course of action?
 
Do you submit any appeal to Amazon? let's arang a meeting further details then solve this issue easily hundred percent inshallah?
